After all the meat and chicken during the holidays, the children has requested for fish for a change. Fried fish or sinigang are the usual recipe choices. It’s either tanguige steak or deboned bangus.
Thank goodness I found several fresh mid size bangus at Robinsons and I asked the fish monger to debone 6 mid size bangus for this recipe. Using Panlasang Pinoy`s Bistek Tagalog recipe for this dish, replacing the beef with bangus, I was able to serve a delicious fish dish for dinner in no time.
